How long does it take for me to get my order?
Please refer to our TURNAROUND/PROCESSING TIME page. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by White Rabbit Vinyl are only an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

What are your methods of payment?
We accept any major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards are also accepted if there's a Visa or MasterCard logo on it. PayPal is also accepted.

Do you accept checks?
No. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept checks.

What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of products being hand made to order, all sales are final. Read more on our Return/Exchange Policy here.

How can I track my item?
Every order comes with a tracking number. The email that you provide at checkout will receive notifications when:

- you have successfully placed an order with us
- your item has shipped
- enter your tracking number here.

You can track your item via the website that you chose your item to be shipped (USPS.com or UPS.com). Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Be aware that incorrect/insufficient addresses are NOT our responsibilities as well. Should an item be returned to us, you are obligated to pay for the shipping fee for us to send it back out to you. We DO NOT work at these shipping companies. THEREFORE, once an item leaves our hands, WE  ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ITEM. We see what you see on the tracking history. Although, we will do our best in helping you to receive your item, we suggest that you ALSO contact your carrier should you have any questions regarding your package.

What are your shipping rates?
We base our products on weight; therefore, the heavier an order becomes, the more it may cost to ship. We use USPS and UPS. During checkout, there will be a drop down menu of options for shipping. Your order may qualify for free shipping. Read more about it here.

Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses? How much extra will that be? And how would I fill out that information at checkout?

Yes. We do ship to FPO/APO addresses. FPO/APO addresses are treated at the domestic US rate. Below is a sample of how one should fill out shipping form during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS:

I'm shopping from outside of the US. What can I expect when it comes to production and shipping time?
ALL
items fall under our current turnaround time. No matter where you are shopping from, your order will dispatch within the time frame that is given. When your item is in transit, please expect it to arrive between 10-14 business days. This is in no way precise. This is only average to past items that have been delivered internationally. Items out of our control such as misplaced packages, weather, etc may deter the final arrival time.

How much will I pay for International shipping?
Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the "Shipping Address" page, you’ll see price for your order.*
* PLEASE NOTE: CERTAIN COUNTRIES CHARGE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AND INDEPENDENT CARRIER CHARGES. Can you mark my order as "gift" so I don't pay any Custom's fees?
